At Purr & Bark, each item is made to order, with care, just for you. If there is an issue, we'll make it right. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Ordering the wrong item
We encourage you to carefully check the size guide and product details before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We’re really sorry if something isn’t right — we’ll always make it right.
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- You receive the wrong item
What to do:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos showing the issue
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider or bank
- If the issue persists, email us and we’ll help
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We do not cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within a short time after purchase, before production begins.
If production has already started, cancellation is no longer possible.
