Processing Time
- All orders are made to order
- Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped
- During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
🌍 International Orders
- Standard international delivery: 5–15 business days
(depending on destination and customs processing)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Prices vary depending on location and order size
Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
- International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders returned to sender due to address errors
If an order needs to be resent, additional shipping fees may apply.
